  First of all, they wait until you have already booked your car, and THEN, they tell you they need a 1000e guarantee on a credit card. I had paid with debit card, and they took the amount with no problem.

  They said they cannot do anything and I had to 1.cancel my reservations and ruin my trip 2.I had to pay the whole amount since it was a last minute cancellation 3. When I did tried to cancel the second day, there were ZERO informations on the site. I strongly believe that their goal was for me (and all of you) to get tired searching and just say ''oh who cares I will just pay the cancellation fee'' (for me it was 150e...). My brother who is a PC technician was searvhing for 2 hours to find how to do that.

  Great value and efficient process. Definitely recommended. Any reservations of this being too good to be true vanished after the rapid and efficient process at the counter picking up the car. We booked and found the rental to be much cheaper than booking through other car hire websites and companies.
